Job Description

Kaeser Compressors Inc. is one of the largest and most successful suppliers of industrial compressed air systemsin the US. We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in our Milwaukee Branch location. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will:

  • Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
  • Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.
  • Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles.
  • Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidates background will include:

  • HS Diploma (required) College degree (preferred).
  • 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
  • The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales service and office staff.
  • Clean driving record (required).
  • Computer skills (required).
  • SAP experience A PLUS!
