Job Description
Location: Flint MI
Salary: $20$28/HR
Shift: 6 am start time

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production and manufacturing tasks to ensure alignment with management directives.
- Create update and maintain CNC programming while keeping accurate records.
- Set up CNC machines and programs for operators to ensure seamless operations.
- Support corrective and preventive actions related to nonconformances as needed.
- Identify and report any product process or quality management issues.
- Ensure proper handling storage and maintenance of parts gauges and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Conduct inprocess quality checks to verify product and process compliance.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience with CNC milling
- 35 years of experience as a CNC machinist
- 12 years of blueprint reading experience
- 12 years of using Manufacturing Test Equipment
- 12 years of automotive or aerospace industry experience
- Must pass a background check
