Broadmeadow Elementary School is the home of the districts SEL Therapeutic Program. All faculty are expected to closely partner with the program faculty and to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students and the students in the classroom.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required; a Masters degree is preferred. The candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. He/she should have experience working with and/or teaching elementaryaged students; an understanding of the needs of students at this age; a collaborative work ethic; training/experience in reading and writing instruction; experience in mathematics instruction; interest in science content and pedagogy; a commitment to inclusive pedagogy; and the potential to contribute to student life beyond the classroom. The candidate should be comfortable with both inperson and online pedagogy and teaching platforms.
License:
Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary license as an Elementary Educator (PreK6 is preferred.
