About the role
This multidisciplinary team provides a unique service for the most vulnerable members of the community.
Our clients have complex needs including Mental Health issues substance use disorders brain injury homelessness and chronic physical health issues.
Provide specialist assessments care plans recommendations and reports for organisations such as NDIS NCAT ACAT Housing and Centrelink.
Service provision is strengths based and aligns with the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Harm Minimization.
We are a supportive and inclusive team who actively participate in Clinical Supervision Clinical Review Meetings and a healthy work/life balance.
About you
Current Occupational Therapy registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
Experienced in the administration and interpretation of functional OT assessments with the results then presented in high level reports for the organisations mentioned in the role description above.
Experience in Mental Health Drug Health and/or homelessness sector.
Can work independently as an OT and is willing to contribute to a MultiDisciplinary Team.
Current unrestricted NSW Drivers License.
