  • Homeless Health Service St Vincents Hospital Darlinghurst.

  • Salary: $112396.10 $116038.00 super salary packaging

About the role

  • This multidisciplinary team provides a unique service for the most vulnerable members of the community.

  • Our clients have complex needs including Mental Health issues substance use disorders brain injury homelessness and chronic physical health issues.

  • Provide specialist assessments care plans recommendations and reports for organisations such as NDIS NCAT ACAT Housing and Centrelink.

  • Service provision is strengths based and aligns with the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Harm Minimization.

  • We are a supportive and inclusive team who actively participate in Clinical Supervision Clinical Review Meetings and a healthy work/life balance.

About you

  • Current Occupational Therapy registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)

  • Experienced in the administration and interpretation of functional OT assessments with the results then presented in high level reports for the organisations mentioned in the role description above.

  • Experience in Mental Health Drug Health and/or homelessness sector.

  • Can work independently as an OT and is willing to contribute to a MultiDisciplinary Team.

  • Current unrestricted NSW Drivers License.
