MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and improve digital workflows and processes across our engagement and project management platforms
Collaborate with team members to identify pain points and create innovative solutions
Create user journey maps and process flows to optimize stakeholder experiences
Develop prototypes and wireframes for digital tools and interfaces
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Work with partners to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes
Document design decisions and maintain design system consistency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Interaction Design UX Design or related field
2 years of experience in interaction design or similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating process improvement and digital product design
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma Sketch or similar)
Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The compensation for this position is $24$25/hour.
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a temporary position with an anticipated end date of September 1 2025.
The is a parttime average 20 hours a week position.
