What Youll Do- Develop and maintain strong trustbased relationships with glaziers architects general contractors and developers.
- Actively manage a portfolio of clients through all sales stages from prospecting to close.
- Identify new opportunities through industry networking project tracking tools and local market research.
- Collaborate across departments Estimating Production and Project Management to craft tailored solutions.
- Lead impactful conversations presentations and site visits that influence decisionmakers.
- Track all activity insights and progress in CRM to maintain a clear accurate pipeline.
- Represent Garibaldi Glass in the field at job sites client offices and industry events.
What You Bring- 5 years in business development sales or account managementpreferably in construction building materials or related industries.
- Handson experience with mid to largescale projects $25M preferred.
- Understanding of the full construction project lifecycle and the key players involved.
- Degree or diploma in business construction management marketing or related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple deals at varying stages while maintaining strong followthrough and focus on closing.
- Businesssavvy and confident navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Technically capable proficient in MS O365 digital tools online research and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills and high attention to detail.
