Job Description

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at UPMC your passion is our mission. We value your talent and dedication come explore your next career opportunity with us!UPMC in Central Pa is hiring a FullTime CRNP/PA Manager to oversee APP activities within the Neonatal team. The successful candidate will support administrative 30 and clinical responsibilities 70. Administrative responsibilities will include oversight of Neonatal APPs managing programming related to APP continuing education retention and clinical care delivery. Educational/Knowledge Requirements: The individual must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and/or interact appropriately to the patients served as specified below. They must also demonstrate knowledge of the principles relative to the patients agespecific needs and to provide the care needs as described in the department policy and 3 years of experience as a certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant required.A demonstrated excellence in clinical care delivery and professional leadershipExcellent interpersonal to communicate effectively in a positive manner with systemwide executive leadership Advanced Practice Providers physicians and departmental organizational to prioritize meets deadlines complete multiple tasks in a limited period of time and handle large volumes of paperwork technical analytical and judgment skills to interpret regulations and supervise staff.
