What Youll Be Doing:
- Achieve departmental goals safety quality delivery and cost.
- Provide daily communication with peers and production staff regarding production and quality issues.
- Ensure parts are produced to appropriate quality levels and ensure the suspect product is contained and corrective actions are in place.
- Perform daily duties with accuracy and in a timely manner including quality checks (C0 material movement correct identification of components loading resin etc.
- Ensure all s resin is placed into correct recycling bin throughout shift and department.
- Follow all 6S and safety standards and practices.
- Provide continuous improvement and cost savings ideas.
- Train peers/employees so that tasks can be completed in your absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Highlevel attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Computer literacy.
