You are joining a function that supports the firms Chief Risk Officer and the Risk Management and Compliance CFO in operating a worldclass organization. This is achieved through sound governance practices impactful content disciplined project and solutions delivery business management services and the ongoing development of strategic initiatives.

We are seeking a senior level designer who excels at tackling complex problems and delivering simple sleek beautiful forms and interfaces. This individual will will play a key role in shaping the experience for Risk & Compliance stakeholders. As part of the Portfolio Management & Data Insights team you will deliver creative solutions for complex UX challenges and enhance existing flows.

As a UX Designer within the Intelligent Solution Developers team you will be primarily focused on delivering dashboard and workflow solutions using technologies such as Tableau Pega Qlik. You will be part of a diverse and closeknit team where design decisions are made collaboratively enabling you to handle any project and think creatively irrespective of your skill level or background. Your role will involve delivering designs that are based on user experience and research conform to WCAG and are created with an inclusive mindset using modern tools and trends.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct usercentric design approaches with rapid testing and iterative prototyping for complex business solutions.
  • Lead crossfunctional design thinking workshops to drive humancentered creative problem solving.
  • Foster a collaborative design process with product owners visual designers researchers and technology partners.
  • Communicate directly with product teams and stakeholders to understand vision and direction presenting creative ideas and solutions.
  • Drive design direction that aligns with research on user needs that inform the best design solution.
  • Contribute to the design system and component library ensuring strong specifications and quality assurance.
  • Work closely with our Executive Content team to develop best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of UX designers.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Professional experience in human interaction user experience visual communication or a related field.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite LucidSpark and/or Figma.
  • Proficiency in user research methodologies including user interviews surveys and usability testing.
  • Ability to create wireframes storyboards user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Ability to analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience.
  • Strong portfolio available for review.
  • Experience in leading UX initiatives facilitating collaborative sessions mentoring junior designers and presenting visual communication skills.
  • Knowledge of service design design systems and agile methodologies.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Illustration skills animation and editing of photorealistic images.
  • Ability to work with financial data and market information.
  • Understanding of business intelligent technologies (Tableau Pega) is a plus.
  • Mobile experience.
