Our products are created for women aged 2235 who are pursuing natural healthy & glowing skin. Were incubated under Ketto New Ventures with multi Cr funding secured and an expected launch in Q4 2024.
About the Role:
The Venture is looking for a passionate and skilled Design Lead to help us create a visually stunning and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. As the Design Lead youll work on everything from our website to social media shaping the design language that defines our identity. Youll implement a strong design system manage static and video content and ensure consistency across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with 13 years of experience in brandfocused design whos ready to make a significant impact on a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Design Systems: Build and maintain a cohesive design system that aligns with the brand vision and ensures consistency across all platforms.
Design Website & Digital Assets: Create engaging userfriendly web designs that reflect brand identity and deliver a seamless experience for visitors.
Lead Social Media Design: Design captivating social media content (static and video) that communicates the brands story and engages our audience.
Create Brand Documentation: Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring all design materials adhere to the brands standards and vision.
Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work closely with marketing product and content teams to create designs that support product launches campaigns and overall brand strategy.
PlatformReady Design: Design highconverting product listing creatives for marketplaces like Nykaa Amazon and Blinkit.
Ensure Consistency Across Platforms: Deliver consistent highquality design across multiple platforms including website social media and digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years experience with a D2C skincare brand
- Expertise in design systems and the ability to implement them across various platforms
- Proficient in website design social media content creation and brand documentation
- Experience with both static and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Final Cut Pro etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work that reflects attention to detail and consistency
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team
