Job Description

Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN GME program director to join our 24 resident program in El Paso Candidates:Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain oneMust be certified in ABOG or AOBOGMust have least three years of documented residency program leadership experienceBe willing to combine administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities 50/50)Have strong administrative and team building skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsOngoing and continuous scholarly activity is expectedPrior experience as a chief resident or core faculty are highly encouraged to scope of OB/GYN with opportunity of inpatient and outpatient Package:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package including 401kCME and dues allowanceRelocation assistanceNo state income tax
