At IRIS Software Group were hiring for a Customer Enablement Associateto support our accountancy customers as they move from traditional desktop software to our modern cloudbased platform IRIS Elements. This is a fantastic entrylevel opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people solving problems and being part of a team that helps businesses succeed.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week based at our Manchester office (M1 4DY).
What Will YouBe Doing
Youll play a key part in helping existing customers transition smoothly to our cloud platform. From early conversations to postmigration checkins youll be a reliable friendly point of contact ensuring each customer feels supported throughout their journey.
