The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Manager to lead the of a broad range of contractor intelligence services for USINDOPACOM JIOC supporting the establishment and of critical CCMD intelligence missions functions and operations to address a broad range of regional threats with global reach and impact. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl HarborHickam (JBPHH) Hawaii. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help USINDOPACOM meet mission requirements.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface between the Contractor and the Government Program Manager (GPM) Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and other key stakeholders. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all parties involved.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of Task Order including project planning administration quality assurance and performance management to meet cost schedule and technical objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction supervision and leadership to ensure successful contract while maintaining high standards of professionalism ethical conduct and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daytoday program operations to ensure effective resource utilization timely delivery of project milestones and resolution of any productionrelated issues. This includes oversight of systems tools equipment software and facilities.
  • Monitor and track all assigned tasks assigned to INDOPACOM JIOC ensuring they are properly logged assigned and completed on time. Maintain accurate records in designated databases or systems and ensure customers receive the expected deliverables.
  • Ensure the overall quality efficiency and compliance of both technical and business processes associated with the contract identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

Clearance Required:

  • Current TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to pass a CI polygraphy if required.

Required Experience Skills and Education:

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with at least part of that experience earned in the past 2 years.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading largescale intelligence support programs or organizations.
  • A current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or equivalent certification from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).
  • A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven leadership in intelligence operations or mission support.

Preferred Experience Skills and Education:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Recent experience and indepth knowledge of INDOPACOM JIOC operations and leadership.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $148850.00 $269075.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
