Your Role: Digital Journalist
As aDigital Journalistat Global you will helpevolve and expand our digital offering across our marketing leading apps and websites. Were looking for online journalists who live and breathe news. As an allrounder youll be able to write edit and curate news with knowledge of SEO and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for one of the UKs leading news brands
- Usea variety of skills to bring your journalism to a wide audience
- Covera wide variety of stories for LBCs digital audience

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months youll have:
- Covered multiple stories for LBCs website
- Pitched ideas carried out interviews
- Reacted to breaking news
- Written live blogs
- Built partnerships with multiple internal stakeholders in the London and regional newsrooms
- Contributed towards LBCs digital readership targets
What Youll Need
- Experience of working in a newsroom.
- All the skills needed to be an online journalist.
- This will require overnight and weekend work.
- Youll be working from our London office in Leicester Square.
