One of our best clients a luxurious 5star hotel located in the heart of London is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join their renowned frontofhouse team. In this key role youll ensure exceptional guest experiences providing seamless service across the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury guest services and proficiency in Opera PMS software contributing to the hotels continued reputation for excellence.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Guest Services Manager
- 27500 (goes up soon) per annum plus circa 10000 service charge
- Travel Card paid for Up to zone 4 (after 6 months)
- Working 7 shifts over 14 days
- Working 8am to 8pm
- Occasional night shifts
- Working alongside a team of leading industry professionals

Responsibilities as a Guest Services Manager
- Leading and inspiring the front of house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Curating seamless personalised service for every guest ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of attention.
- Maintaining the highest standards of service excellence and consistency across all guest interactions.
- Coaching and developing the team to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Anticipating the needs of VIP guests ensuring their experience exceeds expectations every time.
