Director of Nursing: Northpark Private Hospital & La Trobe Private Hospital
We are pleased to invite applications for the Director of Nursing overseeing both Northpark Private Hospital and La Trobe Private Hospital.
This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced and values driven nursing leader to step into a highimpact role spanning two distinct and growing sites. With a diverse clinical footprint and a strong focus on expansion and patientcentred care this dualsite leadership role offers broad scope professional growth and the ability to make a meaningful difference across varied specialties and teams in a fastpaced setting. Clinical services across the sites include Surgical Mental Health Maternity Early Parenting Unit and Medical.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing strategic and operational leadership to nursing and clinical teams
Driving a culture of highquality safe and patientcentred care
Leading workforce planning capability development and clinical governance initiatives
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with organisational values
Collaborating with executive medical and multidisciplinary teams to meet performance safety and patient experience targets.
About You:
You are a dynamic and collaborative leader with significant senior nursing management experience in a range of clinical services. You bring strong people leadership sound clinical knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Your leadership style is approachable proactive and solutions focused. You value clinical excellence consistency and empowering your team to deliver outstanding care.
Experience in high acuity environments is essential along with a demonstrated ability to lead teams through change enhance clinical capability and support complex care delivery.
