Direct Medics is a leading healthcare recruitment specialist recruiting Allied Health Professionals of all bands and specialties for long and shortterm locum roles throughout the UK.
Direct Medics is a Registered Supplier to the Northern Ireland Health and Social Care Trust Framework. We are currently working with qualified Dysphagia competent Speech & Language therapists to help them find new and exciting opportunities with the Trusts here in Northern Ireland.
As such we are now recruiting on behalf of the South Eastern Trust for a Band 7 Speech & Language Therapist who holds HCPC registration with relevant Dysphagia training to work in Adult Services. This role will require part time cover Tuesday & Thursdays 8.30 am 4.30 pm with a duration for 3 months initially.
Salary starting from 27.45 per hour for the first 12 weeks and increasing to 28.52 per hour thereafter.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Speech & Language Therapy recognised by the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists
Registration with the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists and HCPC
Minimum 4 years postqualification clinical experience to include 3 years experience with relevant client group or 2 years full time experience with the client group i.e. communication and swallowing disorders.
Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
