Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for a 13 week contract in the Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide highquality patient care in a fastpaced environment ensuring the comfort and safety of patients undergoing various medical treatments and surgeries. This role requires strong clinical skills the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to patientcentered care.
Duties
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care for individuals with diverse medical needs.
- Monitor patients vital signs and manage acute pain effectively.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans medications and postoperative care.
- Assist in ventilating patients when necessary and support those with developmental disabilities.
- Work within a Level II Trauma Center environment responding to urgent care situations as needed.
- Utilize Athenahealth software for managing patient information and scheduling.
Experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience in occupational health or primary care is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with acute pain management techniques is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working in urgent care or trauma settings is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a teamoriented environment.
36hr Weekly Gross Pay $2049

$17 Hourly taxable
$517 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)
$920 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free)
$612 Taxable
$ 1437 Tax Free
$2049 Weekly Before Taxes
