Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Employment Type: FullTime 40hrs without 23 checkin meetings weekly during MT.

About the Role
We are looking for a fulltime AI & Automation Specialist to develop implement and refine AIdriven processes particularly in construction estimating system integration and workflow automation. This role will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency ensuring data accuracy and optimizing various business functions through AIpowered solutions.
This is a longterm position requiring ongoing AI implementation and process refinement. While Latin American candidates are preferred due to time zone alignment the priority is finding a highquality candidate with the right expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- AIDriven Construction Estimating: Implement AI tools to analyze architectural plans 3D imagery and CRM data for accurate cost estimation.
- Error Analysis & Quality Control: Develop AI solutions to crosscheck documents identify inconsistencies and enhance estimating accuracy.
- System Integration & Automation: Build and maintain AIpowered workflows for document management report generation and CRM automation.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine automated systems to improve speed accuracy and efficiency across various constructionrelated functions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams participate in regular meetings and align AI initiatives with business needs.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI trends and tools applying relevant advancements to improve operations.
Key Requirements
- Experience with AI Development & Automation (LLMs process automation or similar).
- Background in Systems Processes or AIPowered Workflows.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to develop practical AI solutions.
- Familiarity with construction estimating tools or CRM systems (a plus but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Time zone is Mountain Time
