Job Description
A creative and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher with a focus on Graphics is required to join an Outstanding school in Camden. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to develop their visual communication and design skills using a range of media.
Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging Design & Technology Teacher lessons focusing on Graphics at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop students skills in graphic design principles digital design software and visual communication techniques.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Design & Technology providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning.
- Contribute to the development of the Design & Technology curriculum with a focus on Graphics.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Design & Technology.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Design & Technology Teacher lessons with a focus on Graphics at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong practical skills in graphic design and knowledge of relevant software and technologies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills capable of inspiring creativity and visual literacy in students.
