What Youll Be Doing
As a Year 3 Teacher youll have the opportunity to:
- Inspire and challenge: Plan deliver and adapt exciting lessons in line with the National Curriculum focusing on engaging and interactive activities that bring learning to life.
- Foster growth: Help Year 3 students build on their knowledge and skills supporting them in their transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2.
- Build a positive classroom environment: Create a classroom where students feel safe supported and motivated to learn.
- Monitor and assess progress: Regularly track student progress set clear targets and provide feedback that encourages growth and achievement.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other teachers to share ideas and develop a creative and cohesive curriculum.
- Communicate: Engage with parents and guardians keeping them updated on their childs progress and addressing any concerns.
- Participate in school life: Be part of a school culture that supports professional development school events and activities.
Who Were Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching Year 3 or in Key Stage 2 is desirable but we welcome passionate individuals looking to make an impact.
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- A collaborative and positive mindset eager to share ideas and learn from colleagues.
- Strong communication skills able to build effective relationships with students parents and colleagues.
