Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Gen AI Architect
Location: Chicago IL Onsite
Type: Contract
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Gen AI Architect to join our team in Chicago IL. In this role you will design and implement AIpowered Salesforce solutions leveraging Salesforce Einstein Data Cloud and thirdparty AI tools. Youll work with a talented team to enhance customer engagement optimize business processes and drive digital transformation through cuttingedge AI integration.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Design and architect AI solutions within Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud).
- Lead AI integration projects using Salesforce Einstein and thirdparty technologies (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Build and manage machine learning models for predictive analytics NLP and recommendation systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and AI platforms.
- Guide a team of Salesforce professionals ensuring highquality technical .
What Were Looking For:
- Expertise in Salesforce Einstein Apex Lightning and other Salesforce Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI algorithms machine learning and data science.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and AI tools (TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Ability to design scalable AIdriven solutions and communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and making technical decisions.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science engineering a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
