Contract Type: Temporary
Onsite Policy: 4 days onsite 1 remote 4/1 policy)
Bill Rate: $125/hour
Position Type: Backfill
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join the PMO team of a leading beverage distributor in the United States. This is a temporary backfill position focused on leading complex technology initiatives ensuring project delivery on time within scope and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills and thrive in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend IT projects across infrastructure applications and crossfunctional business areas.
- Ensure project scope objectives timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on status risks and progress.
- Coordinate tasks across internal and thirdparty teams ensuring accountability and progress.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards methodologies and best practices.
- Track and manage budgets resources and project documentation.
- Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategy and IT governance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP certification required.
- 7 years of experience managing IT projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management crossteam coordination and executive communication.
- Proven ability to lead large complex projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Comfortable in hybrid work settings with strong time management and autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the beverage or retail industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Experience working in PMOled environments with structured governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
