Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Site Project Engineer to join a major closure project. As Senior Site Project Engineer you ll lead bulk earthworks and civil decommissioning activities including landform reshaping erosion control and demolition oversight. Youll coordinate contractors manage schedules and budgets and ensure compliance with environmental and heritage commitments throughout the closure phase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and support bulk earthworks activities; demolition experience highly regarded
Manage contractors onsite to ensure safe timely and costeffective delivery
Contribute to project studies and phases including scope development
Develop work packs and assist in planning scheduling and interface alignment
Ensure all works comply with safety environmental and regulatory requirements
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment track supply progress
Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports against key baselines
Identify and manage project risks opportunities and mitigation strategies
Act as the primary client interface resolving stakeholder queries and reporting progress
What Experience and Skills Do You Need

Engineering Degree Civil

Strong background across bulk earthworks. Demolition experience is beneficial

Strong in contractor management

Solid understanding and experience with Project s Study and phases

12month Contract with a strong likelihood of extension or transition to permanent.
