Role and Responsibilities
As a Tax Manager you will:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of tax preparers providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and learningfocused environment.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with clients and client personnel to gather essential information for tax services.
- Tax Preparation and Review: Engage in a handson role that includes both preparing and reviewing individual corporate partnership and estate & trust returns. We specialize in real estate entertainment and service industries.
- Tax Planning and Projections: Manage the preparation of income tax projections considering multiple scenarios and analyses.
- Research and Compliance: Conduct research projects requiring advanced skills and professional judgment on options and risk assessments.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert tax advice on international tax matters and complex tax issues to support clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Tax/Accounting.
- Licenses: CPA/EA license.
- Education: Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Accounting.
- Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills with strong clientfacing communication abilities.
- Availability: Must work inoffice full time at our Century City location; no remote or hybrid options available.

Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience ranging from $140000 to $160000. Additionally the package includes a signon bonus an annual performancebased bonus and the opportunity for revenue participation associated with new business.
