Job Description
Certified Nurse Assistant Travel/Contract 13 Weeks assignment
- Location: Utica NY 13502
- Shift: 8hr Eve
- Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $900 $1050
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature blood pressure pulse and respiration.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Observe and report any changes in patients condition to the licensed nurse.
- Float to all units within the same building as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year CNA experience in a longterm care or similar setting.
- License: Active New York CNA certification/license.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Floating: Must be willing to float to all units within the same facility/building.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 75mile radius qualify for travel pay.
