Job Description
Travel RN Intensive Care Unit Travel/Contract
- Location: Cambridge MA 02138
- Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
- Shift: Night Shift
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2268 $2412
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs ECGs ventilators and other diagnostic tools.
- Respond swiftly and efficiently in emergency situations.
- Administer medications and manage IVs per hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and families on condition management and postdischarge care.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU/CCU experience (required)
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required
- 3 years of nursing experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Active RN license in the State of Massachusetts (required)
