Forklift Operator
Pay: $17.61/hour
Hours: Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (occasional Fridays)
Location: Tulsa OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw and finished materials throughout various phases of the production process.
Preferred Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Lift truck operators license preferred (training available)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow all company safety rules and policies
Maintain inventory of raw materials (e.g. frame parts Ibeams); unload deliveries as needed
Complete and process paperwork for incoming materials
Transport raw materials through production
Move chassis and finished materials between production coating drying and holding areas
Perform basic yard maintenance including plowing and grading
Assist in repair work as needed
Rotate into production team roles as required
Core Competencies:
Ability to work collaboratively to meet company goals
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to read and interpret work orders delivery receipts blueprints and measurements
Meet production deadlines with minimal supervision
Operate lift trucks tractors radios stabilization devices and tape measures
Physically able to lift and maneuver materials over 50 lbs
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
Maintain professionalism and effective communication with team members and supervisors
Capable of working under physically and mentally demanding conditions including climate extremes
Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities throughout the workday
