Job Description

Our client a nationally recognized mortgage lender is in search of enthusiastic Mortgage Loan Officers to fortify their sales force. While experience in sales is crucial a background in mortgage loans is not necessary for this role. This position is based onsite in Glen Burnie MD not offering remote work.

What theyre looking for:

Theyre seeking not only someone who can deliver excellent customer service throughout all loan officer activities including loan origination document gathering loan structuring and endtoend process management but also a hungry salesperson whos ready to dig in and get things done.

If you have prior experience in commissiononly sales thats a big plus! They want individuals who are selfmotivated resilient capable of forging effective relationships and maintaining consistent client followup.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Prior experience in commissionbased sales (preferred)
Proven record of excellent customer service
Strong communication skills especially in maintaining client updates and followups
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
