Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring CSSD Technician into our Hospital at Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Make sure that the right policies and procedures are always followed.
- Every day the stock is rotated.
- Make sure that autoclaves and washer disinfectors are inspected every day before being utilized.
- Every department will have a staff rotation.
- To guarantee that the department is always maintained tidy.
- Regarding patient data and hospital operations confidentiality is always upheld.
- To foster positive working relationships with coworkers.
- Organize the workload to guarantee that services are provided and that the right standards are always followed.
- Inform the supervisor or department manager of any unusual occurrences.
- Help with the onboarding of new employees.
- Make sure you stay current on any new procedures about the Department.
Requirements
- A diploma or certificate in an approved course.
- Leaving the Cert.
- Familiarity with computers.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Preferably you have experience with sterile services or healthcare services.
- Job Specific Competencies and Knowledge
- Good knowledge of EN ISO standards applicable to Sterile Services.
- Keep up to date with changes within the Sterile Services & Pass knowledge on to the staff within the department. Able to communicate information to others in a clear & precise manner.
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
