Job Description

This is a remote position.

Circle Tel is a fastgrowing startup serving the South African SMME market with affordable resilient connectivity and IT solutions. We are seeking an ambitious early midcareer Partner & Sales Manager to help us build and manage sales channels develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth in our startup phase. This is a handson role ideal for someone eager to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development & Management
    • Assist in identifying and onboarding new reseller and referral partners (e.g. accounting firms business consultants industry associations).
    • Support the development and rollout of partner programs and incentive schemes.
    • Maintain partner relationships and provide regular updates and support.
  • Sales
    • Generate leads and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with Circle Tel s growth plans and budget (R6.5m turnover target for FY26123.
    • Promote bundled sectorspecific solutions to SMME clients.
    • Track sales pipeline and assist with reporting on sales activities.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Contribute to building alliances with technology vendors and industry groups.
    • Support comarketing campaigns and joint customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Team Support
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to execute gotomarket campaigns.
    • Participate in sales training and enablement activities.
  • Market Research
Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners and customers to help refine our offerings and gotomarket approach

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • 2 4 years experience in sales channel/partner management or business development (ICT/tech sector preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Selfstarter adaptable and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for technology and supporting small businesses is a plus.

  • Base Salary: R300000 R400000 per annum (marketrelated for entry to early midcareer reflecting startup phase)123.
