Circle Tel is a fastgrowing startup serving the South African SMME market with affordable resilient connectivity and IT solutions. We are seeking an ambitious early midcareer Partner & Sales Manager to help us build and manage sales channels develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth in our startup phase. This is a handson role ideal for someone eager to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Development & Management
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new reseller and referral partners (e.g. accounting firms business consultants industry associations).
- Support the development and rollout of partner programs and incentive schemes.
- Maintain partner relationships and provide regular updates and support.
- Sales
- Generate leads and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with Circle Tel s growth plans and budget (R6.5m turnover target for FY26123.
- Promote bundled sectorspecific solutions to SMME clients.
- Track sales pipeline and assist with reporting on sales activities.
- Strategic Partnerships
- Contribute to building alliances with technology vendors and industry groups.
- Support comarketing campaigns and joint customer acquisition initiatives.
- Team Support
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to execute gotomarket campaigns.
- Participate in sales training and enablement activities.
- Market Research
Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners and customers to help refine our offerings and gotomarket approach
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or relevant experience).
- 2 4 years experience in sales channel/partner management or business development (ICT/tech sector preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfstarter adaptable and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Passion for technology and supporting small businesses is a plus.
