Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will lead the company s endtoend marketing strategy overseeing user acquisition branding and campaign across digital and physical touchpoints. Reporting directly to the CEO this role will manage a dynamic team and be instrumental in driving measurable growth across all performance and brand initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and forecasts.
Establish KPIs and performance goals aligned with company objectives.
Allocate and oversee digital advertising spend across key platforms (Meta Google etc..
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor the marketing team including SEO Paid Ads and MarComms leads.
Identify hiring needs and build a highperforming team as the business scales.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead user acquisition initiatives across PPC social media ads influencer partnerships and email marketing.
Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CAC ROAS and LTV.
SEO & Organic Growth
Drive the SEO roadmap to ensure sustained organic traffic and lead generation.
Collaborate with content and technical teams to execute SEO strategies.
Brand & Communications
Maintain consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
Partner with creative and content teams to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Offline Marketing & PR
Plan and execute onground activations and events to enhance local brand presence.
Coordinate with PR teams or agencies to secure media coverage and thought leadership.
Data & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing performance using platforms like GA4 and Meta Ads Manager.
Provide strategic insights and regular updates to the CEO.
Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
Previous experience in dating lifestyle apps or subscription platforms.
Background in PR media relations or influencer marketing.
