In this role you will be:
- managing distributors by closely monitoring the market and increasing the market share through different distribution channels (traditional and modern)
- aligning with distributors in ensuring sufficient level of stocks in line with the sales targets
- supporting the distributors in analyzing customer requirements and ensuring an effective communication
- understanding the local needs collecting critical and relevant product data to benchmark and understand with the Baking Center
- identifying and developing the sales activities
- providing tailormade solutions to the customer needs
- supporting the craft customers in simple baking issues and guiding the technical team for a continuous support
- collaborating with other teams in forecast planning budget preparations.
Qualifications :
If you:
- have solid 10 years of sales experience in Angola preferably in food or FMCG industries
- are open minded and autonomous
- reflect good interpersonal relations and build strong relationships with different partners (distributors and customers)
- own an innovative mindset with a strong desire to achieve
- are selfmotivated diplomatic energetic strong ability to convince
- are proficient in MS Office
