Job Description
Were looking for a strategic and implementationfocused Product Marketing Specialist to help us grow Simplifi and PhotoStudioBlueprint. This parttime role involves creating and executing clear gotomarket strategies implementing effective campaigns and measuring their performance rigorously.
Were not looking for a justpostonsocial marketer. We want someone who thinks in systems loves solving problems and thrives on tracking what works and iterating fast.
If youre experienced in launching or growing startup products or working with techdriven tools this is your chance to shape how two niche but highimpact products grow in the Philippine creative market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop positioning messaging and growth strategies grounded in customer behavior and product strengths
- Plan and launch campaigns across channels (email landing pages social partnerships) with clear goals and timelines
- Monitor performance (CTR conversion engagement churn) run A/B tests and report on whats working (and whats not)
- Identify leaks or friction in the marketing funnel and propose improvements
- Work closely with product and content leads to align efforts with the overall product roadmap and customer journey
Qualifications :
- 2 years in product marketing growth marketing or SaaS marketing
- Strong strategy skills: can map a campaign from concept to rollout to results
- Familiarity with growth frameworks (e.g. AIDA pirate metrics customer journey mapping)
- Analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions (Google Analytics spreadsheets funnels etc.
- Experience with startup environments or earlystage products
- Excellent writing skills and a clear grasp of usercentric messaging
- Bonus: Canva Notion email automation tools social platforms and Google Analytics
- Strong preference for those with startup experience or work on techenabled tools/SaaS
- Comfortable managing tasks independently and adapting quickly
- Background in photography education or creative tools
