Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic restaurant team in Washington. As a key member of our frontofhouse staff you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Welcome and guide guests to their tables presenting menus and making informed recommendations about food and beverages
- Take accurate orders and input them into our pointofsale system efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food delivery and quality
- Complete opening and closing duties according to established procedures
- Maintain knowledge of menu items daily specials and any modifications
Qualifications :
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in operating pointofsale systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry plates/trays
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Detailoriented approach to guest service
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
