Job Description
What youll do as a Municipal Engineer will include completing designs using CADD modeling software preparing spreadsheets and construction plans and specifications completing site development designs as well as performing construction cost estimating construction observation and facility inspection. Work may require shortterm outoftown assignments.
- Digital design of water pipelines storage reservoirs pump stations and treatment facilities.
- Prepare studies reports design documents and design plans and specifications for civil and municipal water infrastructure projects.
- Complete engineering analysis and calculations.
- Observe and document construction projects.
- Coordinate planning design and construction with clients subconsultants and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering Bioproducts and Biosystem Engineering or related Engineering field.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Revit.
- Aspirations to obtain PE licensure.
- Must be detail orientated and selfmotivated.
- Valid drivers license required with good driving record.
- Utilize effective written and oral communication skills to coordinate and collaborate with coworkers contractors and the community.
