Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead with 610 years of experience in fullstack .NET
development Azure cloud services and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development architecture and implementation while guiding a team in a fast
paced Agile environment.
Mandatory Primary Skills:
610 years of handson experience in .NET Core (v6 Azure cloud services and Microservices.
Expertise in Azure Functions Service Bus Table Storage Blob Storage and Queues.
Strong experience in CI/CD GitHub branching and DevOps best practices.
Handson with ReactJS/Angular API integrations and frontend technologies.
Strong understanding of software design principles architecture and optimization techniques.
Experience with Agile development JIRA and release management.
Proven leadership experience with team handling mentoring and stakeholder collaboration.
Excellent communication decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
Good to have Skills:
Experience with Open AI LLMbased development and AIdriven solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps monitoring tools and cloud cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable microservices and Azure serverless solutions.
Lead fullstack development using .NET Core (v6 ReactJS/Angular and other frontend
technologies.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines GitHub branching PR reviews and code optimization.
Ensure high scalability performance security and usability of applications.
Integrate thirdparty APIs and tools seamlessly.
Optimize software with NFR techniques ensuring robust performance.
Work with Open AI GitHub CoPilot and LLMbased development for AIdriven solutions.
Manage releases using JIRA & Confluence documentation.
2. Management Responsibilities
Lead a team of 10 developers providing guidance setting clear goals and ensuring high
performance.
Effectively manages Agile development in a fastpaced environment.
Act as a bridge between business customers and technical teams ensuring customercentric
solutions.
Drive clear communication active listening and decisionmaking for project success.
Estimate plan and prioritize work efficiently while managing timelines and ETAs.
Foster an open supportive and highperforming team culture.
