Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Akron OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving storing and distributing materials as well as maintaining inventory and organizing the workspace efficiently.
Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming stock and materials
Pick and fill orders from stock
Pack and ship orders accurately and timely
Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Follow company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks
Basic knowledge of warehouse data systems and inventory controls
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
