Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Wilmington NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory preparing shipments and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming stock and materials
Pick and fill orders from stock
Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks forklifts) safely and properly
Ensure the warehouse is clean organized and complies with safety standards
Assist in loading/unloading deliveries as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable punctual and able to work independently or in a team
Forklift certification is a plus
