Visual Designer
Hamburg/Berlin/Cologne hybrid
This role is part of ourExperience & Engineering team in Germany. We combine technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversionfocused ideas products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.
JOB PURPOSE
In this job youll be creating bestinclass experiences design systems and visual designs. Youll collaborate with talented designers in a clientfacing role work closely with our Design Leads and balance independent work with team engagementsharing ideas feedback and wins along the way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bringing fresh ideas on best practices and crossindustry insights to the project team;
- Translating strategy data insights and UX into stunning interface designs;
- Making considered but bold decisions when to use the design system and when to create something new;
- Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders while handling feedback gracefully;
- Substantiating your design choices with annotations and bring them to life with animations;
- Owning the final delivery ensuring the highest quality in both design and implementation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 4 years of experience as visual designer at an agency or renowned brand;
- Experience with designing websites apps and digital products;
- A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion;
- Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience with Figma and Design Systems is a must;
- Experience in motion design (Jitter) and AI tools is a big plus;
- Fluent in Germany spoken and written;
- Working proficiency in English;
