Shift:Various must be available to weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:The pay rate for this role is $19.68 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
What will I be doing
Responsible for bar service equipment/supply maintenance and setup. Maintains the cleanliness of the bar and service area during the shift. Barbacks are responsible for completing tasks related to stocking replenishing cleaning maintenance and preparation of beverages under the guidance of the bartender. They also need to ensure bartenders are prepared for peak service times. Inform the Bar Supervisor of any items that are running low.
Position Summary:
Maintains bar and service ware during their shift.
Prepare & stock refrigerating units with beer water sake wine etc.
Prepare food items needed in the preparation of drinks such as garnishes purees syrups etc.
All reachins should be stocked during service as needed and at the end of the shift.
Check Vintages & Update Yama board. Clean and polish bar counters shelves equipment bar stools etc
Use the proper cleaning product on all areas such as wood glass and stainlesssteel polish.
Polish all glassware.
Clean wipe and reset tables help run drinks and prepare a variety of coffee and tea items (cappuccino espresso etc..
Provides assistance with all bartending services required for fulfilling customer requests.
Treats customers with courtesy and respect.
Follows all applicable safety procedures.
Is at all times appropriately groomed and wears the uniform provided.
Obtain bar stock ice and service items from storage areas.
Replace beer kegs soda tanks CO2 tanks wineontap containers as required.
Clean the bar area continuously during the shift.
Remove used service items from the bar area as required.
Assist Bartender with bar setup and breakdown as required.
Cut (prepare) fruits and vegetables for cocktail garnishes.
