POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is vital to the Business Services team. Working independently within the team this role oversees maintains and is responsible for several imperative funds and functions of the agency. As the liaison to various grants agencies this position is also one of the faces of the agency that exemplifies our tradition of stellar support for those we serve. Our business team is as supportive of each other as they are of our customers. They problemsolve collaborate and back each other up as they learn and guide their teammates to grow in their professional practices. This work is dynamic technically challenging and fulfilling as the work ultimately serves the educators supporting students in our region and around the state.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates Degree in accounting or bookkeeping The ESD will accept a combination of progressively rigorous experience in diverse work settings with applicable professional credentials in the field in lieu of a degree.
- Previous work in a large ERP preferably Infinite Visions.

GENERAL INFORMATION
This position has the following expectations and prerequisite abilities.

- Maintain regular attendance at work. Be punctual in meeting deadlines attending meetings and following schedules.
- Utilize teleservice platform to provide services to educators students and district staff as directed.
- Ability to lift carry at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a vehicle or work setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Prepares and submits receipts for grant work.
- Accounting help desk support.
- Write and/or coordinates personnel to complete grant reports as necessary and in a timely manner.
- Tracks all grant availability and expenditures informs ESD Senior Management of opportunities requirements and/or potential issues regarding the agencys grants and contracts. Monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organizations receivables status.
- Monitors receipt of state funds.
- Reconciles bank accounts.
- Assists in processing payroll including reconciliations and quarterly and annual reporting.
- Performs monthly reconciliations including but limited to fixed assets accounts receivable accounts payable liability accounts procurement cards and cash bank accounts.
- Supports audits by preparing schedules working papers and other materials as directed.
- Creates and uploads or enters journal entries consistent with fund accounting principles.
- Prepares and submits reports to the Oregon Department of Education.
- Liaising with various parties to gather and share relevant information related to grants contracts and other Business Office assignments.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Completes special projects as assigned.

- Salary and benefit information shown are based on fulltime employment 1.0 FTE) based on the current school year
- Placement on the Linn Benton Lincoln ESD Classified salary schedule will be commensurate with applicants qualifications relevant training and experience
- Linn Benton Lincoln ESD will provide an Insurance CAP to assist with health dental and vision insurance premiums
