Located on the edge of the Chteau de Versailles Park nestled in a true haven of greenery the Waldorf Astoria Versailles Trianon Palace offers guests 199 rooms and suites within the Trianon Palace***** and its Pavilion****; a brasserie restaurant La Vranda and its Bar Gallery; a Michelinstarred fine dining restaurant Gordon Ramsay; event spaces and conference centers for hosting various events; as well as a fitness center and the luxurious Guerlain Spa.
Mission
Our Michelinstarred Gordon Ramsay restaurant invites guests on a sensory journey to enjoy exquisite French cuisine in a poetic setting overlooking the Chteau de Versailles Park.
The restaurant is exclusively open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner service.
We are looking for a Commis Chef (M/F) to join the fantastic kitchen team of our Michelinstarred Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
This is an incredible opportunity to pursue your passion within a luxury establishment of international renown and to learn alongside a Chef constantly pushing boundaries in pursuit of a second Michelin star!
All of this in an exceptional working environment with the kitchen offering a view of the Chteau de Versailles Park.
Position available on a permanent contract (CDI)
Salary to be determined based on profile
39 hours/week shift from 2:003:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Your Responsibilities
Ensure the supply production and quality control of your workstation
Prepare dishes
Carefully prepare garnishes and verify the presentation of dishes before they leave the kitchen
Oversee the application of standards production procedures and current HACCP hygiene regulations within the hotel.
Candidate Requirements
You hold a diploma from a professional culinary school (BEP/CAP Cuisine)
You have at least 1 year of experience in a fine dining (gastronomic) restaurant including internships or apprenticeships
You have a good command of French and a working knowledge of English
Authorization to work in France is required
