Team Mancuso Powersports in Houston Texas is looking to hire a General Manager! The qualified candidate will be able to drive profitability customer and teammate retention grow the business and have a passion for the powersports space.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure that they are performed efficiently
- Steer and manage the sales operation of new and preowned units
- Guide and develop your sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise
- Use your management skills to forecast and create sales service and parts objectives and goals
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
- Develop your sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques
- Communicate openly and consistently with your team and assess their needs
- Model superior customer service behavior and provide a worldclass customer experience
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
- Thorough knowledge of and experience with sales of powersports
- Proven track record of success managing teams
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
- Exceptional face to face communication skills focused on a high standard of customer service
- Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
