Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Buyer with a passion for Beauty and strong business sense who wants to be part of the journey to create growth within our new H&M Beauty brand.
WHAT YOULL DO
In this role youll support the team with admin and data related tasks to help build a strong external beauty assortment. Youll work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure accurate information smooth processes and wellorganized workflows. Youll need great attention to detail strong organizational skills and a passion for beauty.
Main responsibilities include:
Support the buyer with assortment admin and product data handling
Manage product information and timelines with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate campaign briefs product samples and invoicing
Work extensively in systems and tools especially Excel
Track and update partner and product information in internal platforms
Competitor insights and market research: Keep track of the beauty industry market trends and competitors campaigns and pricing.
Keep the timelines both internally and towards our partners.
Participate in projects and ad hoc assignments when needed

Has a passion for structure numbers and administration

Have a strong passion for beauty
Business minded and wanted to drive development and progression in the assortment
Have a strong salesmanship and great commercial thinking
Structured and strong in administration method and a drive to always improve processes and tools
Have negotiations and communications skills and a professional approach towards external stakeholders
Are flexible and a strong team player
Excellent skills in Excel office 365 and other planning tools
Excellent skills in English both in writing and orally
