Job Description
The Finishing Producer (FP) works closely with PostProduction clients and members of the PostProduction team to orchestrate the successful finishing and delivery of spots daily. The FP will be the internal resource for editors and clients to assist in translating work orders so that requests are completed in a timely manner. The incumbent will support editors producers and audio engineers on projects as needed.
- Supervise daily tagging sessions
- Supervise mix sessions
- Client coordination
- Supervise or perform clip pulling to pull appropriate video or audio selects
- Coordinate color correction of footage
- Basic knowledge of Adobe and Avid to assist with clip pulls
- QC screen approval files before sending to Client and final spots
- Facilitate the final delivery of approved spots after QC
- Conference calls with edit team and/or Client when needed
- Central communication for Englewood Cliffs edit team between Client and Project Management team as needed
- Ensure SOPs are created and available for all FP workflows
- Coordinate with onair contact for house numbers and Airtable information
- Ability to respond to feedback notes and/or revisions in a positive and creative way
- Troubles as needed with vendors and/or digital delivery services.
- Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years of experience in a PostProduction environment
- 1 year of Client Services experience
- Must have working knowledge of post ecosystem
- Familiarity with digital file format and codecs
- Experience with digital campaigns
Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Avid & Adobe Creative Suite
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
