Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a wellorganized Producer who will be working on building an efficient production environment in our office in Boston to work on Cyberpunk 2 the followup to Cyberpunk 2077. The person in this position will hold an important role in the production of our games and will help our developers deliver highquality content.
Daily responsibilities
Support our leaders and crossfunctional development teams in incremental delivery with frequent integration.
Manage cohesive teams around the goals. Taking care of those teams by teaching them how to selforganize and be empowered.
Optimize for delivering value across the game not just for a specific team.
Look for actionable and beneficial improvements. Look for bottlenecks and queues and apply systems thinking and lean principles.
Ensure that waste and impediments are visualized prioritized and systematically removed.
Ensure that vision and goals at all levels are set and that they are transparent and understood.
Encourage teams to own and solve their own impediments.
Help our teams grow not only in size but in quality through coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience as a Producer in game development.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams preferably in the environment based on the Agile principles.
- Proven understanding of the technical limitations and pipelines in the game development process.
- Knowledge best practices e.g. test driven development continuous integration DevOps etc.
- Proactive problem solving skills.
- Positive and constructive attitude.
- Experience using project management tools.
- A passion for games.
Nice to have
(Please note that these skills are not required to apply for the position)
- Experience in development and shipment of the AAA title.
- Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices.
- Knowledge of the Jira and Confluence tools.
Additional Information :
This job requires working in Boston US.
Working mode: inoffice in a hybrid or fulltime capacity.
