Responsibilities as a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie
- Creating a variety of pictureperfect pastries to be served throughout the hotel
- Taking advantage of the hotels wonderful training opportunities
- Going above and beyond to impress guests and exceed their expectations
- Communicating with the team to ensure consistently highquality pastries
- Continuously striving for improvement in your pastry skillset
As a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie you will be based in the hotels stunning stateoftheart kitchen. Responsible for creating a variety of pictureperfect pastries from afternoon tea treats to savoury showstoppers this is an exciting opportunity to master several skills and techniques and work alongside a team of industryleading pastry professionals.
