The Resident Care Director oversees clinical operations at the Villa at Suffield Meadows ensuring compliance with policies procedures and care standards. This leadership role is accountable 24/7 for the effective functioning of the clinical department aligning with the organizations mission and goals. Responsibilities include staff management regulatory compliance quality improvement supply oversight and departmental planning.
- Applies key financial concepts and analysis to decision making. Participates in the budget planning process. Adheres to realistic budgets to achieve the organizations objectives.
- Clearly defines roles and responsibilities determines necessary resources and monitors performance toward measurable outcomes through appropriate systems and procedures.
- Understands current and possible future policies practices trends technology and information affecting the healthcare industry. Adheres to all federal state the Joint Commission OSHA ACR and any other applicable regulatory and/or accrediting agency guidelines.

Minimum Work Experience
Required: 35 years experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
Preferred Previous experience in a supervisory role in a LongTerm Care facility
Required Skills
Required: Virginia State Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN)
Preferred: Virginia State Registered Nurse License (RN)
