This role requires a proactive individual who excels at building relationships and securing new business with large properties and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills a gogetter attitude and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities through ontheground networking and outreach.
Responsibilities Include:
Sales Development & Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with large property owners facility managers and decisionmakers.
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in the facility services industry.
Networking & Outreach:
Conduct ontheground networking attend industry events and build a strong referral network to generate sales leads.
Leverage both cold outreach and warm leads to expand the client base.
Client Engagement & Retention:
Engage with potential clients to understand their facility service needs and offer tailored solutions.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure longterm satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
Track and report on sales progress market trends and client feedback.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven sales experience preferably in facility services or related industries.
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proactive and selfmotivated with a proven track record in business development.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience with large property clients or facilities is a plus.
